Returns Policy

Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make from any of the August Lion Sports Corporation web sites. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 14 days of the shipment's receipt:

* Any item in its original condition and packaging.
* Any unopened video game, video game console or software item.

We will issue a full refund of the purchase price as long as your product meets the above conditions.

A Return Authorization Number is not required before you send us your return but we ask that you notify us by email to let us know you are planning to return your purchase. This will help ensure we credit the correct account. The postmark on your return package must be within 14 days of your receipt of the product as stated in this return policy above. Holiday Return/Exchange Policy
We want to make it easy for you to use AutrySports.com for all your holiday gift-giving needs. That's why you have until January 7th to return or exchange items purchased on or after November 15th.

Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item in your order, we want to take care of the problem. Please call or email us and we will ship you a replacement item. We ask that you notify us immediately if your order is damaged, and that you hold on to the damaged item and packaging for 10 business days in case the shipping company chooses to inspect the damage.

Collectibles Return Policy
If you are unhappy with a Collectible item, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping charges). However, due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that we can exchange or replace Collectible items.

If you have questions about our return policy please e-mail us. We will strive to answer your questions or comments quickly. We're open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central Standard Time. Customer Service is closed Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. We normally respond to all customer e-mail within 1 business day.

Shipping Policy:
At this time we only ship to locations within the United States. We will resume shipping to Canada in the near future. Extra shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax
August Lion Sports Corporation, the parent company of Autry Sports, resides in Texas, and all of our sites are required to charge sales tax for merchandise purchased by residents of Texas based on the applicable state sales tax rate.
